Pastor Bret moved to California in 1997 after having been the pastor of a congregation in Texas for almost nine years. He received his Bachelor of General Studies degree from West Texas A&M University (1993) and attended The Masters Seminary, graduating in 2001 with a Master of Divinity Degree. While in seminary Pastor Bret served as the Senior Pastor of The First Baptist Church of Granada Hills, California (1999-2002).
